PGDTF members,

Per our discussion in the previous PGDTF meeting, the PGDTF scope needs to be revised since TPL-007-4 will be effective this October. Attached are a clean version of the scope and a version that includes my initial comments. Please review the scope and send me your comments. feel free to edit either version.

We will discuss all the submitted changes in the next PGDTF meeting.
