NOTICE DATE: August 19, 2021

NOTICE TYPE: M-A081921-01 General

SHORT DESCRIPTION: Delayed Resumption of In-Person Stakeholder Meetings at ERCOT Facilities

INTENDED AUDIENCE: All Market Participants

DAYS AFFECTED: September 1, 2021 and January 26, 2022

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT had anticipated resuming in-person stakeholder meetings on September 1, 2021. However, due to the recent increases of COVID-19 Delta variant cases as well as the upcoming transition to the new ERCOT Austin Met Center building in November/December 2021, ERCOT has determined that it is prudent and reasonable to delay resumption of in-person stakeholder meetings until January 2022. The current expectation is to resume in-person stakeholder meetings with the commencement of the January 26, 2022 Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) meeting at the new ERCOT Austin Met Center building. Until then, remote stakeholder meetings will continue under the current extenuating circumstances declaration issued in Market Notice M-A-060120-01<http://www.ercot.com/services/comm/mkt_notices/archives/search?nc=all&per=&pg=&q=M-A060120-01&sort=>.<http://www.ercot.com/services/comm/mkt_notices/archives/search?nc=all&per=&pg=&q=M-A060120-01&sort=>

ERCOT will continue to monitor the current COVID-19 situation and will communicate additional details and changes in the future.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Please review the ERCOT website for previous Market Notices<http://www.ercot.com/services/comm/mkt_notices/archives/4572> related to this subject.
