Subject: Formatted RTC Principle Concepts Posted for Comment

Per the RTCTF meeting this past Monday, ERCOT has posted the principle concepts points for review and comment. All of the documents are posted on the meeting page for this last Monday's meeting in the zip file titled "RTC Key Principles 051519" (http://www.ercot.com/calendar/2019/5/13/179716-RTCTF).

There are two primary places for people to focus their review when looking at the documents. First is the key principle sentence at the top at the page. This is the high-level principle statement. Second is the set of bullets under the header "Principle Concepts for Voting." This is the section that captures the key points that were discussed during the last meeting. Please note that the document for SASM only has the first of these two sections.

The remaining sections in the documents will be used to capture issues for future discussion and, eventually, capture principle concepts where there has already been an affirmative vote from TAC.

For any comments on the key principles or principle concepts, please track your changes in the posted files and send those documents to myself and Matt Mereness ([log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>). Otherwise, let Matt and I know if you have any questions.
