INTENDED AUDIENCE: Retail Electric Providers


LONG DESCRIPTION: Due to possible weather that would affect resource availability and safety concerns, TNMP will not be completing Disconnect for Non Pay transactions


TNMP is suspending disconnect for non-pay orders through Friday, February 4, 2022 due to possible weather that would affect resource availability and safety concerns. We will resume DNPs beginning Monday, February 7, 2022 unless conditions require an extension. Please see the list of Counties affected below.

Red = New counties added
Yellow = Counties extended
White = No new updates
Green = Counties where TNMP will resume disconnecting effective today
