*         WMS discussion was there could be some support for this NPRR with appropriate external messaging

*         Discussion to focus on what appropriate messaging might look like and how to incorporate requirements in the protocol
5. NPRR 1145, Use of State Estimator-Calculated ERCOT-Wide Transmission Loss Factors (TLFs) in Lieu of Seasonal Base Case ERCOT-Wide TLFs for Settlement, ERCOT/Randy Roberts
