SHORT DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT’s Enterprise Application Integration processing has returned to normal. 

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRs and TDSPs       

DAY AFFECTED:  February 25, 2008 from 2:00 AM to 12:45 PM        

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT’s Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) processing returned to normal at approximately 12:45 PM today, February 25, 2008.  The degradation was the result of a database issue that required manual intervention to resolve.  Additional details will be provided in the ERCOT IT Incident Market Notice Summary.

CLASSIFICATION:  Public

SHORT DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT is currently experiencing a degradation impacting transaction processing, MarkeTrak, and Texas Market Link.          

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRs and TDSPs       

DAY AFFECTED:  February 25, 2008 from 2:00 AM to present        

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT is currently experiencing degradation with Enterprise Application Integration (EAI).  The degradation is causing performance issues with transaction processing, MarkeTrak, and Texas Market Link (TML) functionality including Report Explorer and API.  ERCOT is not currently experiencing an outage however if the degradation continues, it may be necessary to restart applications which would result in an outage.
