SHORT DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has experienced a delay in posting the Non Interval Data Recorder (NIDR) 867_03 Activity Reports for March 13, 2008.

DAY AFFECTED:  March 13, 2008

LONG DESCRIPTION:  Due to an issue with the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system, ERCOT experienced a delay in posting the Non Interval Data Recorder (NIDR) 867_03 Activity Reports for March 13, 2008.  This issue has been resolved.  ERCOT processed the March 13, 2008 NIDR extract files on March 14, 2008 and posted the reports at 11:17 AM.
