DESCRIPTION: In our quest to continually align ERCOT’s
resources to provide the best in service and delivery in support of the ERCOT
Market, we are conducting the 2008 ERCOT Market Participant Survey. This survey will allow you to provide
feedback on how ERCOT can best align available resources to serve the needs of
the
Opinion Dynamics Corporation returns to
conduct the 2008 survey, providing continuity from the previous surveys of 2004
and 2006. As before, all answers
will be kept confidential—ERCOT will not see any individual responses.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
In the very near future, you and
some of your support staff may be receiving an e-mail from Opinion Dynamics
Corporation requesting your participation and providing a survey link. By completing this survey, you will
provide ERCOT staff and management with valuable input to help align resources
to the market. Your prompt response
to this survey would be greatly appreciated.
