TRAINING DESCRIPTION:  Resolving Inadvertent Gain Issues – April 17, 2008

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  Current Market Participants whose day to day responsibilities include the resolution of Inadvertent Gain issues and/or MarkeTrak Primary and Secondary Inadvertent Gain Escalation Contacts

LONG DESCRIPTION:  Members of the Inadvertent Gain Task Force have developed a high-level course on Resolving Inadvertent Gain Issues.  The second presentation of this class will be in Dallas on April 17, 2008.

The training will cover the following topics:

    • PUCT Substantive Rule §25.495 Unauthorized Change of Retail Electric Provider
    • New Performance Measures Requirements
    • Retail Market Guide Section 7.2 Inadvertent Gain Process
        • Reinstatement Dates
        • Backdated Billing
        • Valid/Invalid Inadvertent Gain Issues

Deadline to register for the Resolving Inadvertent Gain Issues Workshop is Tuesday, April 15, 2008.   Training room capacity for this seminar is 60 people. Registrations will be taken on a first come, first serve basis so please keep this in mind when registering.  Due to limited space and materials, we cannot guarantee access to the sessions without prior registration.
