LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT experienced an unplanned outage of the Market Operations System (MOS), the MOS sender/listener (MOSTML), and Outage Scheduler. The outage occurred March 2, 2008 from 3:45 PM to 4:20 PM as a result of an interruption in web service connectivity.
