LONG DESCRIPTION:  In accordance with Protocol Section 21.12.2, Notice to Market Participants of Activities Essential for Nodal Market Open, ERCOT is providing an update of the implementation schedules for the following nodal market transition activities.

Nodal Market Design Activity	Target Date
Single entry Network Model	June 2, 2008
Initiation of the 168-hour testing	September 1, 2008
Completion of 168-hour test	October 1, 2008
First congestion revenue rights monthly auction	November 17, 2008
Real-time market implementation	December 1, 2008
Day-ahead market implementation	December 8, 2008
