The outage for the March 8, 2008 Planned Retail Release for ERCOT completed at approximately 2:30 PM today, Sunday, March 9, 2008.  All systems and transaction processing were reinstated at that time.

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has an on-cycle Retail release scheduled from 12:00 PM Saturday, March 8, 2008 through 12:00 AM Monday, March 10, 2008.  For reference, both Market Impact SIRs and Internal ERCOT SIRs with no Market impact are included on the attached document.

The migration of proxy servers (SIR 11715) has been removed from this release.  ERCOT plans to implement this change in an upcoming maintenance window.  Once the implementation date has been scheduled, a notice will be provided.  Any Market Participant that has hard coded the IP addresses for EBXML, LRS, or NAESB should ensure that they are currently utilizing the URLs indicated below.
