SHORT DESCRIPTION:  MarkeTrak is currently experiencing service degradation.  

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRs and TDSPs

DAY AFFECTED:   March 10, 2008 from 3:03 PM to 3:33 PM and from 4:04 PM to 4:44 PM.

LONG DESCRIPTION:  MarkeTrak was unavailable this afternoon, March 10, 2008 from 3:03 PM to 3:33 PM and from 4:04 PM to 4:44 PM.  The application became unresponsive and a reboot of the server was required twice. 

The application has been restored however it is still experiencing performance degradation.  ERCOT is researching the issue.  Additional information will be provided as it becomes available.
