currently experiencing service degradation.
INTENDED AUDIENCE: CRs and TDSPs
DAY AFFECTED: March 10, 2008 from
3:03 PM to 3:33 PM and from 4:04 PM to 4:44 PM.
LONG DESCRIPTION: MarkeTrak was unavailable this afternoon, March 10,
2008 from 3:03 PM to 3:33 PM and from 4:04 PM to 4:44 PM. The
application became unresponsive and a reboot of the server was required twice.
The application has been restored however it is
still experiencing performance degradation. ERCOT is researching the
