LONG DESCRIPTION: Wednesday, March 19, 2008 from 1:15 PM to 2:30 PM ERCOT's MarkeTrak API and the TML application experienced an outage due to the Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) application going offline. The following functionalities were impacted: * TML Transaction Services (Customer Switching via TML and Query ESIID Transaction) * MarkeTrak bulk submit process * MarkeTrak Registration System related components ERCOT is researching the issue and will provide additional information as it becomes available.
