LONG DESCRIPTION: Wednesday, March 19, 2008 from 1:15 PM to 2:30 PM ERCOT’s
MarkeTrak API and the TML application experienced an outage due to the Enterprise Application
Integration (EAI) application going offline. The following functionalities
were impacted:
