INTENDED AUDIENCE: All Market Participants DAY AFFECTED: March 20, 2008 (see Long Description for start and end times) LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT's Wholesale and Retail processing systems are back up. The following processes and applications were impacted during the unplanned outage: * Retail Transaction processing * ERCOT was not processing retail transactions from approximately 8:20AM until 10:02AM. * The following applications were down from approximately 9:15AM until 10:05AM: * Texas Market Link (TML) including Web Services and Report Explorer * Retail API * Wholesale API (PiApp) * MarkeTrak (GUI and API) This outage was related to the SAN switch error ERCOT experienced yesterday, Wednesday, March 19, 2008 (see Market Notice R-A031908-02).
