SHORT DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT experienced an outage of Texas Market Link (TML) today, March 27, 2008, from approximately 10:06 AM to 11:05 AM.

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRs and TDSPs

DAY AFFECTED:  March 27, 2008 from approximately 10:06 AM to 11:05 AM

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT experienced an outage of Texas Market Link (TML) today, March 27, 2008, from approximately 10:06AM to 11:05 AM.  During this outage TML ESIID Lookup and TML Transaction Services were not available.  This outage was caused by a SAN switch that experienced a temporary loss of connectivity.   The issue has been resolved and TML user functionality has been restored.
