LONG DESCRIPTION: MarkeTrak was unavailable this morning, March 3,
2008, from 7:55 AM until approximately 8:30 AM.
The application has been restored,
however it is experiencing performance degradation. ERCOT is researching the
issue. Additional information will be provided as it becomes available.
