outage.

LONG DESCRIPTION:  Monday, April 14, 2008 from 7:23 AM to 8:35 AM
ERCOT's TML application experienced an outage.  The following
functionalities were impacted:

*	Find ESIID
*	Find Transactions 
*	Report Explorer
*	Dispute Service Requests
*	Application Programming Interface (API) Services

ERCOT is researching the issue and will provide additional information
as it becomes available.
