SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Texas Market Link (TML) experienced a service outage.   

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants 

DAY AFFECTED:  April 14, 2008 from 7:23 AM to 8:35 AM  

LONG DESCRIPTION:  Monday, April 14, 2008 from 7:23 AM to 8:35 AM ERCOT’s TML application experienced an outage.  The following functionalities were impacted:

  • Find ESIID
  • Find Transactions
  • Report Explorer
  • Dispute Service Requests
  • Application Programming Interface (API) Services

ERCOT has been unable to determine the root cause for this outage.  This will be the final notice on this issue.
