LONG DESCRIPTION: Today, April 22, 2008 from 6:55 AM to 7:25 AM, ERCOT’s Texas Market Link (TML) applications were intermittently unavailable.
This
issue was caused by an unresponsive server. The server was restarted and
the impacted functionalities have been restored.
