SHORT DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT continues to investigate the root cause of the performance degradation of the Report Explorer Application Programming Interface (API).   

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  All Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED:  April 28, 2008 from 4:55 AM to 6:44 AM

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT continues to perform investigative analysis.  However, at this time ERCOT is unable to the determine root cause of the performance degradation of the Report Explorer API.  

This will be the final notice for this issue.
