SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Preparations are underway for a Retail Market Participant Workshop:  Resolving Inadvertent Gain Issues – May 16, 2008.

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  Current Market Participants whose day to day responsibilities include the resolution of Inadvertent Gain issues and/or MarkeTrak Primary and Secondary Inadvertent Gain Escalation Contacts. 

LONG DESCRIPTION:  Members of the Inadvertent Gain Task Force have developed a high-level course on Resolving Inadvertent Gain Issues.

 

The training will cover the following topics:

 

 

When:            Friday, May 16, 2008

Resolving Inadvertent Gain Issues Workshop - 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

 

Where:          ERCOT MET Center

            7620 Metro Center Drive

                        Austin, Texas 78744

 

Deadline to register for the Retail Market Participant Workshop – Resolving Inadvertent Gain Issues is Monday, May 5, 2008.

Training room capacity for this seminar is 50 people. Registrations will be taken on a first come, first serve basis so please keep this in mind when registering.  Due to limited space and materials, we cannot guarantee access to the sessions without prior registration.

 

Confirmation is subject to ERCOT receiving the required registration through ERCOT’s Learning Management System (LMS).  If registration is not received, attendees may not be assured of participation in this training.  If sufficient interest is shown, additional seminars may be scheduled.

 

Note:  ERCOT reserves the right to reschedule the class for a future date if there is not sufficient interest in the course offering.

The only way to register for the May Retail Market Participant Workshop – Resolving Inadvertent Gain Issues is through the registration tool.  Emailed RSVP’s will not be accepted.
