LONG DESCRIPTION:  Sunday, May 4, 2008 from 8:15 PM to 8:50 PM, ERCOT’s Texas Market Link (TML) Market Participant Identity Management (MPIM) application experienced an outage.

This was the result of a SAN issue causing the Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) servers to be switched to read-only mode.
