LONG DESCRIPTION:  Several Extracts were affected due to a database failover on April 21, 2008 which resulted in an out-of-synch situation.  ERCOT is continuing the recovery effort of missing data for April 21 through April 30, 2008.  The affected Extracts are listed below.
