SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Multiple Texas Market Link (TML) components unavailable

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  All Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED:  April 30, 2008, from 3:50 PM to 5:06 PM

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT’s TML Find ESIID, Find Transactions, Report Explorer, and eServices components were unavailable on April 30, 2008 from 3:50 PM to 5:06 PM.   

This outage was caused by unplanned maintenance of the Settlements & Billing Database which required the Settlements & Billing Database and the Enterprise Application Integration server to be shut down.  As a result, this caused the web components to become unavailable.
