SHORT DESCRIPTION: Decommissioning of 180-day and 90-day extracts which have been replaced by 60-day Entity-Specific Disclosures required by P.U.C. SUBST. R. 25.505

DAY AFFECTED:  Publications on and after June 2, 2008

LONG DESCRIPTION:  Over the past six months ERCOT has shortened the timing of many QSE specific data disclosure reports in support of P.U.C. SUBST. R. 25.505.  For existing reports, ERCOT has placed the daily 60-day files into the same extract directories as the existing monthly 180-day reports.  With the beginning of June 2008, the 180-day and 90-day reports that are scheduled to be run will overlap with the disclosures in the 60-day files, so ERCOT is retiring the 180-day and 90-day extracts for the applicable reports.

This notice is to communicate the system change that ERCOT will discontinue the 180-day and 90-day disclosures, as applicable, effective on June 2, 2008.  The postings for the nine reports are centralized on the ERCOT Planning and Market Reports page at http://www.ercot.com/gridinfo/sysplan/index.html
