LONG DESCRIPTION: The Extract Scheduler functionality of Texas Market Link (TML) was unavailable on May 12, 2008 from 12:15 PM through 7:30 PM. ERCOT has determined that the outage was the result of a database failure. The Extract Scheduler is now operating normally.
