SHORT DESCRIPTION:   ERCOT experienced an issue with an outbound 814_20
process which resulted in a subset of 814_20 forwards not being sent to
the CRs.

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRs and TDSPs

DAY AFFECTED:  Monday, February 25, 2008

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has been notified of an occurrence in which
some 814_20 forwards were not sent to CRs.  The impacted transactions
were isolated to 814_20 forward transactions associated with one TDSP.

ERCOT has determined that this issue was the result of human error.  The
existing monitoring procedures have been revised in an effort to prevent
this from occurring in the future.    

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  An ERCOT initiated MarkeTrak issue will be
generated for Market Participants that had impacted transactions.  The
ERCOT initiated MarkeTrak issue will contain a list of the impacted
814_20 transactions for your company.
