INTENDED AUDIENCE: CRs and TDSPs DAY AFFECTED: May 28, 2008 from 5:26 PM to 6:05 PM LONG DESCRIPTION: As a result of the outage on Wednesday, May 28, 2008, ERCOT experienced a failure in loading the Interval Data Recorder (IDR) usage data for Thursday, May 29, 2008. ERCOT is currently reprocessing the IDR 867_03 files. IDR 867_03 Activity Reports will be provided to affected Market Participants today, Friday, May 30, 2008 via File Transfer Protocol (FTP) once processing is complete. There was no delay in the processing of 867_03 forward transactions. In addition, after analyzing the impact to Retail Transaction processing, it was determined that reprocessing was required for 1,181 transactions. As a result of reprocessing, some Market Participants may receive duplicate transactions. INTENDED AUDIENCE: CRs and TDSPs DAY AFFECTED: May 28, 2008 from 5:26 PM to 6:05 PM LONG DESCRIPTION: Due to a connectivity issue with the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) server, ERCOT experienced an unplanned Retail Transaction processing outage on May 28, 2008 from 5:26 PM to 6:05 PM. The connectivity issue has been resolved and ERCOT will continue to monitor EDI server performance. ERCOT is currently analyzing the impact to Retail Transaction processing to determine the volume and transactions impacted.
