LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT discovered an issue with the Settlement data used for Initial Settlement of April 24, 2008. The data issues were caused by a system error. ERCOT has resettled Operating Day April 24, 2008. Details regarding the Resettlement are in the table below:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Statements for the Resettlement of the affected Operating Day will be posted on May 8, 2008. Both the Initial Settlement and Resettlement of April 24, 2008 will be invoiced on May 8, 2008. Invoicing both Settlement runs on the same day ensures that all Market Participants are charged and paid properly and minimizes the impact to the Market.
