CLASSIFICATION: Market Participants
SHORT DESCRIPTION: Preparations are underway for PR70007_01 MarkeTrak
Enhancements Release 2 Training.
INTENDED AUDIENCE: The MarkeTrak Release 2 training is intended for
current Market Participants whose day-to-day responsibilities include
the use of MarkeTrak. Attendees need to have a basic knowledge of
MarkeTrak and have been issued a digital certificate. Please note that
training will only cover changes associated with Release 2 and not the
full use of MarkeTrak.
LONG DESCRIPTION: Preparations are underway for the MarkeTrak
Enhancement training which will provide an extensive review of the
changes that will be implemented under Project 70007_01 (MarkeTrak
Enhancements), Release 2.
ERCOT has provided an attachment that includes the Release 2
Requirements that will be covered in the training. For more information
on these requirements you can refer to the Detail Business Requirements
document

Deadline to register for the Retail Market Participant Workshop is
Monday, June 16, 2008.
Training room capacity for this seminar is 50 people. Registrations
will be taken on a first come, first serve basis so please keep this in
mind when registering. Due to limited space and materials, we cannot
guarantee access to the sessions without prior registration.
Confirmation is subject to ERCOT receiving the required registration
through ERCOT's Learning Management System (LMS). If registration is
not received, attendees may not be assured of participation in this
training. If sufficient interest is shown, additional seminars may be
scheduled.
Note: ERCOT reserves the right to reschedule the class for a future
date if there is not sufficient interest in the course offering.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Registration for this course will be through
ERCOT's new Learning Management System (LMS). To access the LMS, please

The first time you access the site, you will need to create an account.
Use the mouse to click the link to create an account and complete the
information requested. Then click the "Create My Account" link. Once
your account has been created you can click "Sign In" and you will be
directed to the "My Courses" page. Upon logging into the LMS, the
participant should select the course R.PR70007 - MarkeTrak Enhancements
- Release 2.
Then select the training class that you wish to attend. There will be
six training classes given for the MarkeTrak Release 2 changes. Please
make sure that you select the right class.

The only way to register for the June MarkeTrak Release 2 Trainings is
through the registration tool. Emailed RSVP's will not be accepted.
Training material will be provided. The training material used in the
training will be posted to www.ercot.com <http://www.ercot.com/> after
the training has occurred.
