LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT’s
Customer Registration Database workflow locked on June 27, 2008 at
approximately 1:56 PM. One (1) service order has been corrected as a
result of this processing issue.
The Customer Registration Database has been recycled and ERCOT will continue to
monitor system availability and performance.

1:56 PM to 3:55 PM. Transaction processing was impacted during this
outage.
