SHORT DESCRIPTION: ERCOT experienced multiple outages of Texas Market Link (TML) Report Explorer on July 21, 2008 from 5:05 PM to 7:11 PM and July 22, 2008 from 9:33 AM to 11:03 AM.

DAY AFFECTED:  July 21, 2008 from 5:05 PM to 7:11 PM and July 22, 2008 from 9:33 AM to 11:03 AM

 

DESCRIPTION: ERCOT experienced multiple outages of Texas Market Link (TML) Report Explorer functionality on July 21, 2008 from 5:05 PM to 7:11 PM, and July 22, 2008 from 9:33 AM to 11:03 AM.  Due to an Enterprise Application Integration Server issue Market Participants were not able to download reports from TML Report Explorer.   The Enterprise Application Integration Server and TML Proxy Server were restarted.  The TML Report Explorer functionality has been restored and TML is functioning properly.
