SHORT DESCRIPTION:  The Outage Scheduler application is now available.

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

DAYS AFFECTED:  July 31, 2008

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT experienced performance issues with MOSTML and
Outage Scheduler.  To resolve the issues, the Outage Scheduler
application was taken down from approximately 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.  ERCOT
determined the root cause to be high memory usage by the Outage
Scheduler application.  New hardware will be installed to help prevent
this type of issue in the future.
