SHORT DESCRIPTION:  TML Schedule an Extract functionality is currently
unavailable.

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT is experiencing a performance issue with Texas
Market Link's Schedule an Extract.  As a result of this issue, this
functionality is currently unavailable.  

ERCOT continues to research the issue.  Additional information will be
provided when available.
