SHORT DESCRIPTION:  The SCR 727 ESI ID Extract was posted with an incorrect file count for some market participants

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRs and TDSPs

DAY AFFECTED:  August 13, 2008

LONG DESCRIPTION:  For some market participants, the SCR 727 ESI ID Extract counter was incorrectly advanced by two between the August 12, 2008 and August 13, 2008 posting dates.  For impacted market participants, the August 13, 2008 posting will have a count file with a counter that is incremented by two instead of one. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  There is no data missing in the daily extract and the postings are in the correct order.  No action is required by Market Participants.
