SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Reminder - Winter fuel survey, due by August 25, 2008

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  QSEs with Resources

DAY AFFECTED:  August 25, 2008

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT is conducting its 2008 winter fuel survey. If you are a QSE that represents Resources, please complete the attached form and return to [log in to unmask] no later than Monday, August 25, 2008. This request is not unit-specific.  Units having the same fuel types may be reported in aggregate. This information is necessary in order to ensure reliability throughout the winter season.

This information is considered Protected Information pursuant to Section 1.3.1.1 (24) of the ERCOT Protocols, Items Considered Protected Information, and will be handled appropriately by ERCOT staff. This information will not be shared outside of ERCOT.  The survey results will be “rolled up” for summary in the report to the ERCOT Board of Directors.

ACTION REQUIRED:  Complete and submit the attached spreadsheet by Monday, August 25, 2008.
