SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Degradation of the Report Explorer functionality of the TML

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

DAYS AFFECTED:  August 13, 2008

LONG DESCRIPTION:  The Report Explorer functionality of the Texas Market Link (TML) is currently experiencing technical difficulties.  Some Market Participants are receiving the message “The system is not responding” when attempting to access Report Explorer but, after subsequent attempts, should be able to connect and retrieve their extracts and reports.  ERCOT is working on resolving this issue and will update the Market as information becomes available.
