CLASSIFICATION: Public

SHORT DESCRIPTION:  AEP will submit 658,844 814_20 Maintain transactions. This will create a high number of 814_20s being sent from ERCOT to the affected CRs.

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  AEP and CRs

DAY AFFECTED:  Beginning August 26, 2008

LONG DESCRIPTION:  Beginning Tuesday, August 26, 2008, AEP will begin sending 814_20 transactions to update the Station ID Assignments at ERCOT. The total number of transactions to be sent is 658,844. These 814_20s will be sent on the date and in the quantity identified in the attached file (Schedule for Sending 814_20 Messages.doc).

ERCOT has asked that the 814_20s be sent after 5:00 PM Central Standard Time, and that Saturday submissions be excluded. Therefore, CRs should expect to receive transactions late in the day Tuesdays through Fridays only.
