The ERCOT emergency outage completed at approximately  5:03 PM today, Wednesday, September 03, 2008.  All systems and transaction processing were reinstated at that time.

SHORT DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT needs to take an emergency outage to improve performance of the Settlements and Billing Database. 

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRs and TDSPs

DAY AFFECTED:  September 3, 2008 from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM        

DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT needs to take an emergency outage to improve performance of the Settlements and Billing Database.  The outage will begin at 4:30PM and is expected to last for approximately two hours.  This outage will impact Retail TML Find ESIID and Find Transaction functionality, as well as delay 814_20 transaction processing.
