NOTICE DATE: September 30, 2008 NOTICE TYPE: W-A093008-01 Settlements CLASSIFICATION: Public SHORT DESCRIPTION: Statement Timestamps incorrect for hourly Charge Types INTENDED AUDIENCE: QSE Settlement personnel DAY AFFECTED: Operating Days September 8 - 16, 2008 LONG DESCRIPTION: There was a formatting issue with Initial Settlement Statements for Operating Days September 8 - 16, 2008. On the Settlement Statement details page there was an error with the timestamps. All hourly charge types were time stamped as if they were 15-minute charge types. All quantities and amounts were correct, however they were timestamped incorrectly. All statements that posted beginning on Monday September 29, 2008 are correct. ERCOT will not repost affected statements and asks that market participants work around the issue for those dates. Market Participants that are having significant issues with the statements are encouraged to contact ERCOT if assistance is needed to work around the issue.
