LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has an on-cycle Retail Release beginning 12:00 PM Saturday, December 13, 2008 through 12:00 AM Monday, December 15, 2008. As a result of this Release, the attached PR70007_01 MarkeTrak Enhancements – Release 3 .wsdl and .xsd changes must be implemented. The attached .wsdl, .xsd is at 90% complete pending testing.

The following requirements will be implemented as part of Release 3:

Requirement 4 - Market: Create Bulk Insert Templates and default Submit Validation Flags for API and Bulk Insert default to “Off”

Requirement 17 – Market: Reporting Improvements

Requirement 31 – Market: Change the format of Service History with DUNS for Effected Period and add it to “Submit” when submitter is a TDSP for given DEV LSE Sub-types. Add Logic to determine under which circumstances this field is necessary.

Requirement 33 – Market: Provide Update Via API Whenever a Market Participant’s Visibility to an Issue Has Been Removed

Requirement 34 – Special Characters, Multi-thread adapter

Requirement 36 – Market: Add Email Button and Email Capture

Requirement 37 - Market: New Premise Type and Service Address Subtypes

Requirement 38 – Market: Add New D2D Sub-type titled “Safety Net Order”

Requirement 39 - Market: Add New D2D Sub-type titled “Service Order – 650”

Requirement 40 - Market: Add New D2D Sub-type titled “Move Out With Meter Removal”

Requirement 45 - LPA 1:1

ACTION REQUIRED: Market Participants who utilize MarkeTrak’s API will need to update their .wsdl and .xsd files for use after this Retail Release is completed. The updated versions are attached.

Please be aware, the updated .wsdl and .xsd files should not be utilized in the CERT Sandbox until the Release 3 code is migrated on October 13, 2008.
