Operating Guide 7.1.4, Disturbance Monitoring Equipment (DME); 7.1.2.4, Data
Retention and Reporting Requirements, and NERC Standard PRC-018-1 Requirement
3, ERCOT submits the attached request for
The
Texas Regional Entity has in the past initiated this RFI, which is now being
handed over to ERCOT. ERCOT is sending this reminder to ensure
Market Participants make their annual report to ERCOT before the deadline of
October 31, 2008.
Though
this notice is being issued shortly before the Operating Guide due date, some
Market Participants have already submitted their information based on earlier
communications through Reliability and Operations Subcommittee working
group. ERCOT request TDSPs and Resource Entities who have not already
submitted both the DME and summary of 345 kV disturbance recording
events use the attached spreadsheet for submitting these reports (separate
tabs are available for each report).
ACTION REQUIRED: Please
submit responses in the attached spreadsheet format and submit to [log in to unmask] by the end of the
business day, October 31, 2008. Questions regarding this RFI may be
