SHORT DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT experienced a delay in posting the Siebel Service Order Extracts for November 6, 2008. 

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRs and TDSPs


DAY AFFECTED:  November 6, 2008

LONG DESCRIPTION:  An automated process that generates the daily Service Order Extracts was not successfully completed as scheduled on November 6, 2008.  As a result, ERCOT experienced a delay in posting the Siebel Service Order Extracts for November 6, 2008.  The report generating process was restarted and all daily Siebel Service Order Extracts have now been posted on Texas Market Link (TML).
