INTENDED AUDIENCE:  All Market Participants         

DAY AFFECTED:  November 3, 2008

LONG DESCRIPTION:  The Notice of Change of Information (NCI) form has been modified to provide additional information for the following change types:

· USA and Backup USA Contacts, and accompanying Digital Certificate (DC) Changes

· Legal Name Change

· Counterparty (CP) Name Change

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  Effective December 1, 2008 only this updated version of the NCI form will be accepted by ERCOT.  Previous versions will be rejected. The NCI is published on the ERCOT website at:
