LONG DESCRIPTION:
ERCOT Protocol Section
16.2.8 requires all QSEs or their Guarantors to provide ERCOT with: (1)
quarterly unaudited financial statements not later than sixty (60) days after
the close of the issuer’s fiscal quarters; and (2) annual audited
financial statements not later than 120 days after the close of the
issuer’s fiscal year. ERCOT would like to remind QSEs that:

The unaudited quarterly financial statements are due
no later than November 30, 2008 for QSEs or their guarantors whose quarter
ended on September 30, 2008.
ACTION REQUIRED:
QSEs
or Guarantors should provide their financial statements to ERCOT by the
submittal date to avoid any remedial action as set forth in the Protocols.

QSE’s or Guarantor financial statements that are publicly available
electronically need not be provided to ERCOT.
