ERCOT has an on-cycle Retail
Release planned for 12:00 PM Saturday, December 13, 2008 through 12:00 AM Monday, December 15,
2008.

LONG
DESCRIPTION: ERCOT
has an on-cycle Retail Release scheduled from 12:00 PM Saturday, December 13,
2008 through 12:00 AM Monday, December 15, 2008. For reference, three Market impacting projects and three SIRs with no Market
impact are included in the attachment.
ERCOT will
also use the normal MarkeTrak maintenance window beginning 7:00 PM Friday,
December 12, 2008 through 12:00 AM Monday, December 15, 2008 to implement
PR-70007_01 - MarkeTrak Enhancements, Release 3. MarkeTrak service availability is 7:00 AM
to 7:00 PM during retail business days.
ERCOT will
implement PR-80028_01: Revision
requests PRR 756 and LPGRR 30. These revision requests are necessary to
comply with HB 3693.
ERCOT will
implement NP-63C01_01 to enhance the Customer Registration Database to the
Settlements and Billing Database data exchange for Market Participant
data.
ACTION
REQUIRED: Market Participants who
utilize MarkeTrak API will need to update their .wsdl and .xsd files for use
after this Retail Release. The updated versions are attached.
ADDITIONAL
INFORMATION: During
the outage the following functions will be
affected:

Market Participants utilizing NAESB to send/receive transactions to/from
ERCOT will NOT be able to send/receive transactions to/from ERCOT during the
outage. This includes all retail transactions.
