LONG DESCRIPTION: The
January 2009 TCR auction closed Thursday, December 11, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. and
was approved Monday, December 15, 2008. Auction Award Invoices are due by
end of business on Friday December 19, 2008.
Any
unpaid TCRs and PCRs that remain outstanding after their invoice date shall be
forfeited by the awardees and, with respect to TCRs and PCRs from the annual
auction, included in the following monthly auctions.
Please
view your invoice on the TCR website after an auction has closed, and make your
payments accordingly. To locate your invoice, log in to the TCR Program,
and click on "Settlements, Billing, and Reports" from the menu. Click
the "+" sign beside your company name, click the "+" sign
beside Auction Award Invoices, and click on Award_Invoice_20090101_20090131.csv.
A dialogue box will come up allowing you to open the file or save the file to
disk. Auction Award Invoices are also available in XML format right next to the
CSV file.
The
January 2009 TCR Auction Results have been posted on the TCR website at https://tcr.ercot.com,
under “Postings/News”, Auction Notice.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: When processing the
wires, please reference that the wire is for TCR Auctions and please list the
TCR Invoice Number. The information on ERCOT's financial institution is
